Summary

We are seeking to appoint a proactive, reliable and committed IT Technician. The successful applicant will work alongside the ICT Network Manager to provide technical support to the school and management of the school computer systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference to the lives of our pupils at Fulwood Academy

The successful person will:

Provide first-line IT support to staff and students, ensuring issues are resolved promptly or escalated appropriately.

Be an integral part of the ICT Network Team and make contributions to the wider Academy.

Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users, providing training and guidance where needed.

Uphold safeguarding and data protection standards in all IT-related activities.

Working Requirements: 37 hours per week, Full Time.

Salary: Scale 4, SCP 11-14 (£26,296 - £28,082)
