About the Role

You'll coordinate all statutory health and safety checks and servicing, maintain comprehensive compliance records and calendars, and ensure documentation is inspection ready. Working closely with the Estates Management Team and external contractors, you'll manage risk assessments, arrange remedial works, and track training requirements for the Estates Team.
