We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Technician to join our science faculty in this vibrant and exciting school. The successful candidate will work closely with staff and provide support for practical lessons by maintaining, preparing and organising resources and equipment. The role also involves general administration support for the faculty. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain a focus on supporting outstanding teaching and helping to raise student achievement. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training can be given.
The successful candidate will:
·Prepare resources and equipment for use in lessons
·Provide day to day support and resilience to the Faculty
·Provide administrative support
·Maintain and organise equipment & resources
·Meet the person specification and be required to apply for a DBS disclosure
·Be eligible to live and work in the UK
