We require as soon as possible a well-organised person to provide financial administrative support to the School Business Manager and Finance Officer, consisting of processing orders and invoices, liaising with suppliers, BACS payments, reconciliation of bank account, petty cash and departmental month end reports.
The post is for 20 hours per week, term time only. Daily working hours preferably 8.15am – 12.15pm, Monday – Friday, but the school would consider alternative working hours for the right candidate.
Salary Scale Grade D point 3 – 6 £22,737 – £23,893 pro rata. Actual salary per annum is £10,276.65 - £10,799.14.
