We have a great opportunity for a data enthusiast to join Team Millfield!
The Governors and Leadership Team are seeking someone with drive and self-motivation who has a keen analytical eye to ensure that the SIMS system and data analysis for the school is managed to the highest possible level.
Working closely with the Senior Assistant Headteacher, the post holder will manage all data entered on to the SIMS system and meet all reporting requirements, both internal and external in line with guidelines set out by the Department for Education. The role requires the post holder to have extensive knowledge and experience of using SIMS.
The post holder will produce detailed analysis of student targets and assessment information for Middle Leaders and the Senior Leadership Team.
Experience of using SISRA and knowledge of FFT Aspire will be a distinct advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
