Prospect House School, a technology led independent prep school in West London requires a permanent IT Engineer.

As the IT Engineer, you will support IT systems and services to an end user base of c60 teachers and c320 pupils. 

This is a pivotal role and you will play a crucial part in the delivery of Prospect House School’s IT systems. Working closely and reporting to the Headmaster and Head of IT, you will be responsible for the support of PHS's computer network infrastructure & connected devices, whilst also taking your own initiatives to resolve problems and propose solutions.

Suitable Engineers will have a background covering:

• Apple technology (MacOS & iOS)
• Strong networking background including WiFi
• Knowledge of teacher presentation technology (interactive whiteboards and other AV)
• Microsoft 365 and Google G Suite administration
• Security (Firewalls, policies, monitoring)
• Telephony (VoIP, SIP)
• Project management concepts
• Critical School Business Systems (ISAMS)
