We are seeking two fixed term Teaching Assistants to join us in September who will provide care for children at our new After School Club. the After School Club is re-opening following an assessment of the needs of our parental body. As such, we are appointing this aspect of the role on a Fixed Term basis with a view to making it permanent if the Club proves successful. This is your chance to contribute to the creation of an important community minded venture.

You should have:
 

• Proven success in the support for learners of pupils from age 2 upwards
• NVQ3 Qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills leading to effective relationships with pupils, parents and staff
• A commitment to raising standards
• A personal philosophy which supports the ethos values of the school
• The ability to support rich and creative learning experiences
• A growth mind-set; with the ability to instil this within pupils.

These are part-time, fixed term positions working 11.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 5:45pm).
