Due to growth and expansion of the Operations and Estates team, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our Estates.

Working closely with the Director of Operations & Estates, The Head of Estates will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the trust's physical infrastructure and facilities and leading the Estates team.

This position involves strategic planning, operational oversight, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure safe, warm, dry and sustainable learning environments.

To undertake this role successfully you will need to be totally committed to the provision of a high-quality and sustainable learning environments. You will be a competent project and people manager with experience of managing budgets. The role requires someone with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain strong and effective working relationships.

Salary:                Up to £61,269 per annum, dependent on relevant experience

Location:            The role is part of the ATLP Central Services team and will operate on a flexible and mobile basis across the Trust.

Hours:                 37 hours per week, all year round

Start Date:        Required as soon as possible
