Pay scale- Hay Scale T3 point 1 – 3 (£50, 932 - £54,169 FTE)
Working hours and weeks - 37 hours a week with an unpaid lunch break each day. 52 Weeks per year. 26 days allocated annual leave

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Silverwood School as our new Director of Finance and Resources. This is an incredible opportunity to join the school at a pivotal stage in our development to meet the changing needs of Silverwood as we grow and develop, as well as continuing work to integrate systems across the sites. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and knowledgeable person, who thrives working in a dynamic and changing environment and is adept at leading teams.
You will have a genuine passion for improving the education and welfare of pupils with special educational needs and for embracing our values based education and ethos. The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and be responsible for the oversight of all functions relating to non-classroom based support staff, including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Pupil Services, Catering, Cleaning and Estate Management.
