We are looking for an experienced, well organised and motivated Site Manager who will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our school site to a high standard and join our friendly site team at Hillcrest School.
The experience and qualities we are looking for:-
• Experience of the management, development, security and safety of site buildings and grounds. (desirably but not essentially in a school setting)
• Experience of managing staff and contractors.
• Has excellent knowledge/experience of health and safety (a recognised Health and Safety qualification would be an advantage (IOSH/NEBOSH)
• Has a professional and friendly approach and a “can do” attitude.
• Is an excellent team player with the highest expectations of themselves and their team.
• Can use IT systems effectively.
• Can produce and maintain accurate site maintenance records (H&S, fire safety, asbestos and site risk assessments)
