This is an exciting opportunity to join our Tech Team Department. The role of IT Support Technician is pivotal to the success of the College in supporting the use of technology and to implement areas of our digital strategy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual, with a keen interest in hardware, software, and technology. The role would require the ability to analyse and solve problems, as well as a good understanding of networked IT Systems in a Windows Server based environment. Excellent customer service skills are required to support all our students and staff.
The successful candidate will possess knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and must have previous experience of working in an IT Support role.
