Maintenance Supervisor
Salary of £30-£32k plus benefits depending on experience

We are seeking to appoint a Maintenance Supervisor to join and manage our dedicated maintenance team who work across all areas of the College. Normal working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, working 8am to 5pm or 9.30am to 6.30pm on alternate weeks. This is a full-time role, all year round. There is also an on-call rota which attracts an on-call allowance.
To excel in this new role you should enjoy managing and working alongside a team and be operationally minded. You should have a good working knowledge of health and safety, an IOSH qualification is desirable but full training is available. You should strive to offer great customer service, have excellent organisation and communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage the maintenance team of the College, ensure maintenance works are completed to a high standard and engage with external contractors on various projects.
