We are seeking to appoint a confident, highly adaptable person who has excellent interpersonal skills in order to support staff, parents and students to uphold our high expectations in relation to behaviour.
The successful candidate will need IT skills that will enable them to update and maintain records. The role will include working with small groups and leading on restorative conversations. Previous experience of working with young people, preferably in an educational setting, is beneficial.
This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week (8.45am–4.15pm, with half an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday), 39 weeks per year. One day a week will be spent working in the inclusion room.
