An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Academic Admin Team as a Timetabler & Student Data Manager with responsibility for planning and implementing a timely and accurate school timetable, together with responsibility for maintaining and managing the integrity of student data within our school MIS system (iSAMS).

Experience & Background
You will be an experienced timetabler with developed problem-solving skills, working with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, you will have accomplished organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and calmly whilst, at times, working under pressure.
An able communicator, you will be at ease in building relationships with both staff and students at all levels and understand how to work effectively as part of a team
Fully experienced and competent in using school information management systems, you will have a background in a similar role and be used to providing expertise, support and advice to school system users. Specific iSAMS experience is desirable but not essential, as full system training will be given.

Hours of Work
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day, equivalent to 37.5 hours per week.
Salary
From £28,539 up to £31,629 dependent upon experience, based on the above hours and weeks of work.
