Teachers are able to benefit from cross academy working, support and professional development opportunities, and will be part of our staff team recently judged to be Good with Outstanding features (Outstanding Leadership and Management, Outstanding Behaviour and Attitudes, and Outstanding Early Years) by Ofsted (October 2019), under their new, challenging framework.
We are very proud of the learning that takes place at Knollmead, in particular achieving progress in the top 4% nationally for two years in a row in reading and maths at Key Stage 2 (FFT Aspire 2017 and 2018) and achieving exceptional outcomes in 2019.
