We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise and/or assist the learning of students in the absence of their teachers. Although the post would be ideal for a recent graduate looking to get into teaching we are happy to encourage applications from anyone who feels they have something to offer. Wallingford School is a strategic partner of the Oxfordshire Training Schools Alliance.
IIdeally you will have classroom experience but this is not a necessity. You will not be expected to prepare or mark the work you supervise. However, you must have an affinity with young people and enjoy the sort of challenges this post will bring. Training will be provided and you will require an Enhanced DBS check.
The post is for five days per week /6 hours a day/ Term time only.
Grade 7 Point 13 -17 depending on experience / £11.73 to £12.69 per hour/ Actual Salary £15,480 - £16,760.
