You will liaise with teachers and parents and be the school link for pupils who are educated off-site, working in class and with small groups or individuals. You will need to be organised, cheerful and confident, whilst ensuring you are approachable and responsive to the needs our pupils.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be flexible and willing to embrace the demands of the role
  • Go the extra mile to assist, supervise and work with our pupils to ensure they achieve their academic potential.

Previous experience of pastoral and academic support within a learning environment would be an advantage.
