We are looking to appoint a passionate, inspirational, creative and talented teacher to work in KS2 with an opportunity to lead a subject area.

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a secure understanding of the distinctive nature of the Catholic school and Catholic education
  • Has an excellent understanding of the Primary National Curriculum and wants to make a difference to children’s education
  • Has a proven track record in raising standards and engaging all pupils in their learning
  • Can demonstrate that they can lead a subject area with confidence; holding staff to account, evidencing whole school impact
  • Is able to challenge and motivate all learners, meeting all individual needs
  • Has the ability to contribute to developing all teaching to ensure that it is appropriately pitched as a result of accurate assessment
  • Can work effectively within the leadership team and beyond to act strategically on the priorities identified through self-evaluation to make an impact on progress
  • Is an experienced, innovative and inspirational teacher who demonstrates enthusiasm and is an effective team player
  • Can communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents
