Meadowbrook College is an Alternative Provision (AP) Academy located across four sites in Oxfordshire: Banbury, Oxford, Bicester and Abingdon, supporting students who have either been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from school. The Academy offers students a unique approach, based on an integrated curriculum of core and technical (vocational) learning.


We have the following vacancy for January 2018:

Primary Teacher (Banbury site)

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Term: Full time

Salary: Teacher - MPR / UPR + SEN 1 (£2064)


We are looking for an experienced classroom primary teacher.  You will work as part of a small team of experienced and dedicated staff using your skills to bring learning to life for our young learners and to truly contribute to our aim to re-engage them with their learning and be successful.

 We wish to appoint someone who is:

·     An outstanding teacher, with strong interpersonal and motivational skills and an excellent track record of delivering excellence

·         High quality organisation and self-management skills

·         Not afraid of a challenge and have strong, restorative behaviour management skills

·         Creative and innovative with an ability to translate ideas into practice

·         Resilient and has a passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for our vulnerable learners.
