Student Services Receptionist

Grade 2, £15,807 to £18,746

(Part time starting salary approx. £13,820 rising to £16,390)
 36.5 hours per week, term time only

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri – 8am to 4pm

Wed – 8am to 3pm

Are you a well organised and adaptable individual with a strong customer orientation? Do you want to join a team committed to delivering an exceptional student experience?

You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the School’s Student Reception, providing front line support and delivering a high quality service to students and staff and undertake a range of administrative tasks. You will also:

  • have excellent communication skills and a friendly approach.
  • have experience of working in a busy office or customer service environment.
  • be well organised and able to manage your day-to-day workload.
  • be able to make a positive contribution to the team.
  • experience of working with children is required.
