We are looking for an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic and confident person to join our team as

Strategic Business Manager.

  • The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to their work and be able to communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents and visitors.
  • As Strategic Business Manager, you will have responsibility for financial management, administration, human resources, facilities management, and health and safety.
  • As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play an active part in the strategic management of the school and work closely with SLT and Governing Body.
  • We are looking for:
    • an organised person with excellent administrative skills and a professional attitude to their work;
    • someone who is able to work on their own initiative;
    • someone who has excellent skills in literacy, numeracy and IT, experience of working with people, and a clear knowledge and understanding of safeguarding;
    • someone who can work calmly under pressure.

James Watt was judged by Ofsted to a ‘Good’ school in March 2015.
